About Ellen ShapiroEllen Shapiro has been in private practice doing HR since 1999. She herself found marketing HR to be quite a challenge, even though she came to this work with a business background, and had even had some experience marketing her practice of Polarity Therapy. After years of trial and error, extreme frustration, many repatternings, she realized the vital necessity of getting trained in marketing, and went for it. Her training includes a 15 week program with marketing coach Michael Port (the author of “Book Yourself Solid”), and is a Certified Level I Trainer with Peak Potentials after an intensive training in presenting and marketing seminars. Since then she’s been continuing her marketing studies and applying what she’s learned to the unique nature of being a repatterning practitioner. She has written marketing articles for the HRA journal and has an ongoing program for holistic practitioners called “Prosper Your Practice”.
Ellen lives and works in NJ, and also works in NYC and by phone. Besides her 15 year corporate career, Ellen has completed professional trainings in Polarity Therapy, Gestalt therapy, Sedona method facilitator training, and is a Certified Instructor of Kripalu Danskinetics.
