Having always been introspective, I embarked on my personal journey of discovery in my early twenties. Starting with meditation and exploring various models for the meaning of life and our place in the universe, I came to my own understanding of what it's all about. Then, at around thirty, I found a spiritual path that reflected that understanding. When I was introduced to Resonance Repatterning in 1995, it fit right in with my spiritual practices and understanding of how things worked. I began studying the work in 1997 and started my practice in 1998. I have been certified since 2004.
