December 1 2007
Dear HRA
Practitioners,
The
Continuing Education Committee is planning teleseminar events for
2008. Based on our survey of the membership this past summer, we
will offer seminars to enhance the Resonance Repatterning
modalities and our marketing skills while supporting each other
through peer support and mentoring.
We are
seeking certified practitioners to teach the Modalities
class and Peer Mentoring class. You may submit to
teach an individual class or perhaps you may feel comfortable to
teach the entire teleseminar. To consider the task, ask yourself
the following questions:
 |
Have I developed enough awareness and understanding
of the Resonance Repatterning system through on-going client
contacts and trainings? |
 |
Do I have a comfort level doing group telephone
calls? Each class will include a group
repatterning. |
 |
Am
I comfortable on the internet? You can sit at your computer
while on the phone and field questions as the group sends in
their questions during the class (if
appropriate). |
If you
answered YES to the above questions AND you would love to put
together a class outline, then we would love to hear from you.
There is prep time payment available and a fee for teaching the
class.
Fee
Structure:
The planned fee structure for
Leaders of a class will be $100 per class hour of
instruction. There will also be a fee paid for development
of a class agenda and presentation materials at a rate of $75 per
hour. The development of a given topic will be broken out in
an outline format with specific hours assigned to each segment of
the outlined material. This will serve as the basis for
agreeing to a set number of development hours.
Fees are
paid in two parts: 50% upon agreement, signing of contract,
and start of the first class. The balance will be paid upon
delivery of curriculum materials to the HRA Board.
The two
teleseminars needing Leaders are:
Taking the Resonance Repatterning Modalities deeper:
Four classes to experience, integrate, and deepen our
data base of these amazing tools for change that are found in our
blue Modalities book. Each class is 2 hours for 2 CEU's each. We
have broken the modalities into the following four areas: Light
and Vision; Sound; Energetic Contact and Movement; Breath and Oil
Fragrances. Classes will be offered between January and February
2008.
Peer Mentoring: Eight classes to support
practitioners and students in their practices with clients. Each
class will cover a specific area of the "Mandala: Process for
Change" and will include a repatterning. There is ample
opportunity for questions and shared experiences from our unique
practices. Each class is 2 hours for 2 CEU's each. Class will be
offered in the Fall 2008.
General
Guidelines of this program:
All
classes will have a volunteer HR practitioner on the teleseminar
call to welcome and introduce the Class Leader, support the Leader
as needed (technical as well as administrative), and dialogue with
the Leader while the class mutes the phone when
directed.
All
curriculum developed by Class Leaders will become the property of
the HRA and given to the HRA within 2 weeks after the class is
taught or as negotiated. In addition, it is the responsibility of
the Class Leader to obtain permission by the owner of any
copyrighted material to be used in the class. Permission is
documented in writing and becomes part of the curriculum when
provided to the HRA.
How to Apply - If you have an interest in
developing and teaching a teleseminar sponsored by the HRA board,
please submit a resume highlighting the type and skill level you
possess. Also submit a basic course proposal (not a detailed
outline) for our consideration, and describe the vision you have
for the course and the concepts you are trying to convey.
For emphasis, offer a series of bullets that highlight these
elements.
Once
selected, the Continuing Education Committee will request a signed
contract from the Class Leader stating the class topic, teaching
fee and the negotiated development fee. Class Leaders will have
the support of the HRA virtual office for any pre-class
communications with students if needed such as preparing an
assignment for the upcoming class.
The
HRA board and the CEU committee welcome your expertise and
creativity and encourage you to showcase your talents. The
opportunity to lead a teleseminar is such a great way to
demonstrate your knowledge of the Resonance Repatterning system
while supporting your peers and student practitioners. We hope
these new classes will inspire you to become a leader in this
amazing system and tool for positive change.
Please
forward any questions and resumes to Karen Kent, Chair, Continuing
Education Committee, HRA Board.
Sincerely,
The
Continuing Education Committee
