Here is a copy of the previous announcemnt:
Dear HRA
Member,
The HRA Board of Directors is excited to
propose a new name for our Association. Your vote is needed
to make it happen!
In
accordance with the name change from Holographic Repatterning to
Resonance Repatterning, we have been considering what the new name
of our Association should be.
The
Board has reviewed all the suggestions put forward by members, and
we have discussed this extensively. We now have a name to
propose to you. In order for us to officially implement this
name change, we need to have a yes vote from more than half of our
members, so YOUR VOTE IS NEEDED.
DRUMROLL, PLEASE! The proposed new name
is:
Repatterning Practitioners Association
(RPA)
We
recommend this name for the following reasons:
This
new name accurately reflects our status as repatterning
practitioners, but also creates a separate identity from the
Resonance Repatterning Institute.
This
new name represents all of us - we are all repatterning
practitioners. It empowers the Association to fulfill its
mission of supporting all members in having successful
practices. We can support members who have completed
certification and may use the name "Resonance Repatterning"
on their materials as well as student practitioners.
It establishes a separate identity from the
Resonance Repatterning Institute and gives us - and you -
freedom to create events and materials represent all of
us.
It is
easy to pronounce and to abbreviate.
The presence of an official Repatterning
Practitioners Association may serve to deter anyone who is not
actually part of our Association (meaning not using the Resonance
Repatterning system) from using the term "repatterning" to
describe their work.
This
name change will help to maintain an appropriate separation of our
membership organization (HRA) from the Resonance Repatterning
Institute (RRI). As a non-profit 501(c)(6) trade
association, the HRA's mission is to support students and
practitioners in the successful professional practice of Resonance
Repatterning. This is separate from the Resonance
Repatterning Institute (RRI) whose mission is to provide education
and training in Resonance Repatterning.
Please login to record your vote today or at
your earliest convenience. The final date for voting is the
November 30th
2007. It's easy: just go to this link and
vote:

We
hope you like the name, and your comments and responses-whether
yea or nay-are welcomed.
Please contact the
