IT IS OFFICIAL! We are now the Repatterning Practitioners Association"

It is official. The results of our Special Vote of the membership called by the board on November 5th has now been verified by our board secretary Crystal Chissell.

The motion made by the HRA Board of directors, after extensive consultation with the membership, moves the adoption of the new name - "Repatterning Practitioners Association" (RPA) for the Repatterning Practitioners Association. ... is carried.

Eligible Voters as of November 5th 2008 (date vote was announced)= 239
Number of votes need to accept a motion called by Special vote= 51%
Number of votes placed= 139 Votes

128 Yes votes
11 No votes

A report will appear in the upcoming journal along with comments made by voters during the vote.

What Happens Next? - We will begin the process of incorporating the new name into our materials and website over the course of a few months.
