I love that the Resonance Repatterning process is guided by the client's innate wisdom. Prior to encountering Resonance Repatterning I served as a teacher of music, a tutor for hospitalized children, and a coach for immigrants learning English as a Second Language. In all these my mission was to help students discover new possibilities in themselves. And they did. For example a nine year old boy realized he could read after being tutored in the hospital and took that back to his life outside. A teenage music student turned his attention from fighting to his peers to developing a talent as a jazz drummer. Immigrants young and old found their voices in a new language and a strange land. This was deeply satisfying for me.
Yoga Practitioner

Since 1979 I have followed a spiritual path that focuses on the greatness within each person. The practices of yoga have showed me that peace and contentment are our essential nature. As a volunteer meditation instructor in prisons, I have learned even incarceration cannot prevent a person from experiencing true happiness. I believe that spiritual practice is a powerful way to remove many of the obstacles to our growth and transformation.
