Bio -
My life journey has taken diverse twists and turns, including teaching children with special needs, planting gardens, cooking on a schooner, practicing tai chi, being a professional pastry baker, singing in a community chorus, and writing and self-publishing a book about making the transition to healthy eating.
For at least the last twenty years, a major focus for me has been spiritual development and learning about, and working with, subtle energy systems. This has included psychosynthesis training and polarity therapy certification. I was very lucky to have met Chloe Wordsworth during the beginning stages of her development of Resonance Repatterning. I was deeply moved by her and by the process, its integrity, truth and practicality, and I have been working with it ever since. I have taught the Fundamentals of Resonance Repatterning seminar, facilitated practice groups for trainees, and mentored students of the process. At this time, my energies are focused on my rich and lively Resonance Repatterning practice in Portland, Maine.
